Our flexible software powers, integrated resorts and casinos, stadiums and arenas, festivals and promoters, attractions and theme parks, theatres and travel agents, national sports associations, and more…
Formed in Hong Kong in 2011 to meet the needs of the Clockenflap Music and Arts Festival, we were Asia’s first full digital ticketing system. We are active across Asia and beyond, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, China, the UK and Canada.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE
Mike’s role as CEO of Total Ticketing unites his greatest passions: computing, technology and events.
Prior to co-founding the group, MIke had a lengthy career in IT and oversaw the successful birth and launch of several technology businesses.Mike has a Bachelors (BEng Hons) degree from Nottingham Trent University in Electronics and Computing and an MSc Degree from Liverpool University in Computer Science.

CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
Pete has overseen the development of the business since inception in 2011.
He was previously a Founding Director of IT Specialist, Kite Systems, and Director of Operations for RT Sourcing. Pete has e-commerce experience across a range of roles, spanning market research, logistics and commercial management, having previously spent several years working with Dixons Stores Group and Sit-Up TV in the UK.

HEAD OF PARTNERSHIPS
Kinny, a Hong Kong-born, UK-educated leader with 18+ years in event management and business development, has driven innovation across film, sports, and live entertainment. As Head of Partnerships at Clockenflap since 2012, she shaped its brand strategy and cultural impact. In 2017, she expanded her role to Total Ticketing Limited, broadening its reach across entertainment, culture, and sports in Hong Kong, Macau, and beyond. A strategic connector, Kinny turns partnerships into lasting success through unforgettable experiences and seamless ticketing solutions.

HEAD OF TECHNOLOGY
Bob has over 20 years of experience in both leadership and hands-on roles in IT, covering in-house, consulting and software vendors across a variety of industries (including Banking, Utilities, Aircraft Leasing and Betting). His experience in delivering high complexity projects to critical systems in highly regulated environments helps him to understand and plan for the complexities of the varied environments of ticketing and event management across the globe.
Bob is passionate about providing a robust, reliable, scalable and secure platform for all of Total Ticketing's Customers and drives his team to constantly challenge themselves to evolve and improve all aspects of the platform, especially in the never-ending battle against bots!

SENIOR DEVELOPER & LEAD ARCHITECT
Dan has served as Senior Developer and Lead Architect at Total Ticketing since 2015, where he combines technical expertise with strategic vision to deliver high-performance, secure, and maintainable solutions. With a passion for all aspects of computing and technology, Dan ensures Total Ticketing's services meet the highest standards of reliability and innovation.
Previously, Dan honed his skills as a Senior Developer at Kite Systems, contributing to diverse web development and IT projects that broadened his technical versatility. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Internet Technology from Bournemouth University, UK, providing him with a strong foundation in both theoretical principles and practical application.

PROJECT MANAGER
Zion manages global delivery of enterprise ticketing systems for resorts, festivals, and venues by overseeing a multinational team across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Since joining Total Ticketing Limited in 2022, Zion delivered Sands China, SJM Resorts, and Wynn Macau (Macau); Pulp (Philippines); Inspire (Korea); Ticketbox (Mexico); and KTSP, HK Bulls (Hong Kong), and more.
Zion holds an MSc in Information Technology (AI & Big Data) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Software Engineering degree from Nanjing University.

Known for her warm yet professional sales style, driven by a genuine passion to make client success her top priority. Phoenix transforms event visions into sold-out realities through a unique blend of strategic thinking and genuine relationship-building.

SENIOR MANAGER, OPERATIONS
With over 9 years of experience in ticketing system operations and event management, Lloyd has played a key role in supporting large-scale international events and clients. Since joining Total Ticketing Limited (Magnetic Asia Limited) in 2016, he has overseen system support, client onboarding, and on-site operations for major projects including the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens, FIA Formula-E Hong Kong ePrix, Clockenflap Music & Arts Festival, Fuji Rock Festival, Summer Sonic Tokyo, Road to Ultra and more.
Now based in London, Lloyd continues to drive TTL’s global expansion, bringing extensive expertise in ticketing systems, event payment & access control solutions, and providing operations support to clients across markets in Asia, Europe, and North America. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Northumbria University, UK.

"How does it work?" is the main driver on Ian's journey of exploring new technologies as well as mastering existing skills. From studying microelectronics in St. Petersburg University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics to supporting time-critical ferry operator systems, through development of privacy-first law systems to dynamic and technology pioneering events industry, Ian solves the problem with the most suitable tools.
