TICKETING FOR SPORTS CLUBS, LEAGUES AND ASSOCIATIONS
There’s a revolution in sports ticketing. Are you on board?
For years, sporting organisations have relied on third party ticketing companies and paper tickets. Someone else controls fan data, cash and the matchday experience. You take the risk but can’t even see who is attending the games.
Sport has moved on. Stadiums are filled, new national heroes are created and serious sponsorship deals are being written, but many associations are still stuck with systems that provide no data and no email addresses.
Total Ticketing gives you your own sports ticketing platform, on your own domain, and under your brand. You control the journey from the first click to the turnstile, receive settlement for your ticket sales in real time, and plug into the apps and systems you already use.
The Transformation
01
Own the fan relationship
(and the data sponsors expect)
You should not have to beg a ticketing partner for your own data. With Total Ticketing you see who buys, how often they come and where they sit, so you can build a proper database for email, membership and sponsorship.
02
Control cashflow on your terms
Use your own payment processor so ticket revenue lands in your accounts in real time. You cut the risk of late settlements and manage payouts to clubs, teams and suppliers on your own schedule.
03
Deliver a modern matchday experience
Move away from paper tickets and clunky print at home processes. Support mobile delivery, app tickets and RFID access control that scales from single fixtures to major tournaments.
04
Prove your value to sponsors and funders
Use real attendance and demographic data in conversations with sponsors, government and partners. You can show what your sport actually delivers, not just tell stories..
How It Works?
Step 1: Discovery
We start by understanding your competitions, fixtures, venues and stakeholders. We look at how ticketing is handled today, what data you receive, and where the pain points are for staff and fans.
Step 2: Solution design
We recommend the right approach for your organisation, whether that is a dedicated Total Ticketing instance or a white label on Ticketflap. Together we plan branding, seat maps, payment processing, allocations for clubs and partners, and any required integrations with membership databases, club apps and CRMs so nothing sits in a silo.
Step 3: Rollout and ongoing support
We configure your system, train your team and launch with a clear rollout plan. Throughout the process, including on matchdays we are on hand to monitor sales, support access control and help you handle demand spikes with confidence.
Digital ticketing without dumping work on your operations team
The people who feel most nervous about change are usually the ones who will have to click the buttons on matchday. We design sports projects so operations staff are supported, not abandoned.
You can choose how involved you want to be:
• We run everything for you and your team approves the key details.
• Your team handles simple set up and we double check and support.
• Or we train a ticketing team to manage the system end to end.
Whichever model you choose, we stay close through the transition so nobody is left alone with a new login and a long manual.
Proof & Pedigree
From paper tickets to app based entry for Hong Kong’s biggest rugby event
For Hong Kong China Rugby, ticketing had always been handled with paper tickets and fragmented processes. There was limited data on who was in the stadium, and corporate and club allocations were hard to manage.
Total Ticketing helped them move to a fully digital solution. We integrated with their delivery partner so fans receive tickets in the Hong Kong China Rugby app, and we manage RFID access control for corporate suites as well as general admission. The result is clearer reporting, better fan insight and a smoother matchday experience for everyone.
Modernising a national football association’s ticketing
The Hong Kong Football Association had been tied to outdated systems and paper based processes. Working with Total Ticketing they now use a white label platform that supports national team fixtures and international club competitions.
Allocations for home and away fans are handled cleanly, tickets can be sold through multiple channels, and the FA finally has visibility of sales and fan data across fixtures.
